Disc granulator is widely used for producing round granules of organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer.
Adopting arc disc angle structure, the granulation rate can reach 85% above with uniform granules.
The design of the granulation plate facilitates intermittent continuous production, which greatly reduces
labor intensity and improves labor efficiency.
Disc Type Fertilizer Granulator Machine Specifications
An organic fertilizer machine is commonly used in compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer industries.
It is generally applied to middle and lower concentrations of small-scale production. With a disc angle
between 40°-55°, powder under the drive of reducer rotating rises, and under the action of gravity,
scrolls down. Under these forces, the disk material gradually forms nuclei until finished product
granularity is reached. The finished ball product comes out from the disk. This machine features high yield,
round grains, and strength, with intuitive operation and convenient maintenance.
