These materials are valuable resources for the production of feed and fertilizers. Developing and utilizing them is essential for advancing animal husbandry and crop production, saving food, and increasing agricultural production and income.
Dingli has developed a complete set of equipment for organic fertilizer production lines, featuring rapid fermentation, drying, granulation, and mixing of animal waste and various agricultural, food, kitchen, and other waste materials. This comprehensive equipment covers the entire process from raw material collection to finished product packaging.
The organic fertilizer production line includes:
Plays the preliminary but indispensable role in the production line. Two main types of compost turners are used: Self-propelled compost turner and hydraulic compost turner.
Compost lump materials are ground before granulating. Vertical chain crusher and double-shaft horizontal crusher are available for crushing lump compost fertilizer raw materials.
Horizontal mixer and vertical mixer are applied to mix raw materials in the fertilizer production line.
When granulating, moisture of fertilizer raw materials should be less than 25%. Rotary drum drying machine is used for drying fertilizer with specific humidity and particle size.
The core part of the production line. Available granulator equipment includes: organic fertilizer combination granulator, organic fertilizer special granulator, pair roll extrusion granulator, disc granulator, flat film granulator, bio organic fertilizer spherical granulator, drum granulator, and round tossing machine.
Rotary drum cooling machine is used for cooling fertilizer to make particles stronger.
Rotary drum screening machine separates granules from large particles. Rotary drum coating machine coats fertilizer to prevent sticking.
Fertilizer packaging machine provides quantitative and automatic packaging, including electronic quantitative packaging scale, silo, automatic sewing machine, and auxiliary equipment like belt conveyors and bucket elevators.
The manure rotary drum dryer is widely used for drying chicken manure, cow dung, poultry manure, sludge, bean residue, cassava dregs, and other high viscosity materials.
