The Vertical Chain Crusher is a high-efficiency crushing machine widely used in fertilizer production industries, including organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer, and chemical material processing. The machine adopts a multi-layer high-speed rotating chain structure inside, generating strong impact and shearing force to achieve rapid crushing of materials.
This machine is especially suitable for crushing fermented organic fertilizer, fertilizer lumps, livestock manure, agricultural waste, and various medium- and low-hardness materials. With its vertical structure design, the machine occupies less floor space, operates stably, and is suitable for continuous operation in fertilizer production lines.
Materials enter the crushing chamber through the feeding inlet. Driven by the main shaft, the multi-layer chains rotate at high speed, continuously impacting, colliding with, and shearing the materials, rapidly crushing large material blocks. Qualified materials are discharged through the outlet, while oversized materials continue to be crushed until the required particle size is achieved.
The internal chains are made of high-strength wear-resistant materials, ensuring long service life and meeting the requirements of long-term continuous production.
The Vertical Chain Crusher features high crushing efficiency, large capacity, low energy consumption, and strong adaptability. It is an important pre-processing machine before fertilizer granulation. Different models can be customized according to customer production requirements.
