The Vertical Semi-Wet Material Crusher is a crushing machine specially designed for high-moisture organic materials. It is widely used in organic fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer, and compound fertilizer production industries. The machine is especially suitable for crushing fermented semi-wet materials and helps improve the efficiency of the following granulation process.
With a vertical structure design, the machine occupies less floor space and operates stably. It can efficiently crush chicken manure, cow dung, sheep manure, straw, humus soil, sludge, and other organic waste materials. For materials with high moisture content, the crusher provides excellent anti-clogging performance and supports long-term continuous operation.
Materials enter the crushing chamber through the feeding inlet. Driven by the high-speed rotating rotor, the materials are crushed through impact, squeezing, and shearing forces generated by the blades and chains. Qualified materials are discharged from the outlet, while oversized materials continue to be processed until the required particle size is achieved.
The Vertical Semi-Wet Material Crusher features a simple structure, high crushing efficiency, low energy consumption, and strong adaptability. It is one of the commonly used crushing machines in the fertilizer production industry. Multiple models are available and can be customized according to customer production requirements.
