The Fertilizer Granule Rounding Machine is professional equipment designed for polishing, rounding, and shaping fertilizer granules in organic fertilizer production lines. This machine effectively improves the roundness and surface smoothness of fertilizer pellets, making final products more attractive and market competitive.
It is commonly used together with organic fertilizer granulators, disc pelletizers, flat die pelletizers, and other granulation equipment. Through continuous polishing and shaping, fertilizer particles become more uniform in size and appearance.
The machine is composed of two or three polishing cylinders arranged in sequence. During operation, fertilizer granules enter the polishing chamber and are repeatedly rounded through high-speed rotation.
After several rounds of polishing and shaping:
Qualified granules are discharged from the outlet automatically, while a small amount of powder falls from the edge gap and exits through the waste discharge port for recycling. The finished product rate can reach up to 98%, greatly reducing material waste.
