The Organic Fertilizer Rounding Machine is designed for polishing and shaping fertilizer granules to improve particle appearance and uniformity. It is widely used in organic fertilizer production lines and can work together with granulators, disc pelletizers, and flat die pelletizers.
The machine adopts two or three polishing cylinders arranged in sequence. Fertilizer granules are repeatedly rounded during operation, producing smooth, round, and uniform finished particles. The finished product rate can reach up to 98%, helping reduce waste and improve production efficiency.

Working Principle
After granulation, the fertilizer particles enter the rounding machine and pass through multiple polishing cylinders. The particles are continuously polished and shaped until they become round and smooth.
Qualified granules are discharged automatically from the outlet, while fine powder is collected through the waste discharge port for recycling.
