This production line efficiently processes fermented organic substances into bio-organic fertilizer via a one-step molding process. By recycling animal manure and agricultural waste, it turns environmental challenges into economic opportunities. The finished fertilizer contains diverse organic acids, peptides, and essential nutrients (N, P, K), offering sustained crop nutrition while improving soil structure, increasing microbial populations, and enhancing soil health and vitality.
Containing crystalline water, dry powder materials are fed into a hopper where a rotating conical screw conveys, pre-compresses, and evenly distributes them between two rollers. The material is extruded into thin sheets, transferred to a granulator for preliminary cutting, and formed into granules.
