The entire process flow of this crystal powder compaction and compound fertilizer line is scientifically laid out to guarantee continuous, automated, and trouble-free operation:
Smart Raw Material Batching: Automated dosing and batching system precisely weighs ammonium sulfate powder and required blending additives according to commercial formula ratios
Homogeneous Material Mixing: Industrial vertical or horizontal mixers blend dry raw materials uniformly to improve chemical balance and fertilizer consistency
Double-Roller Extrusion Granulation: Core machine forces fine powder through two counter-rotating rollers under high hydraulic pressure, instantly compacting powder into solid flakes and raw granules
Particle Drying (Energy-Saving Option): For formulas requiring ultra-low moisture storage, granules go through rotary dryer. Note: For specific dry granulation formulas, this step can be bypassed completely
High-Efficiency Particle Cooling: Hot fertilizer particles are cooled in rotary cooling machine to eliminate heat-induced caking
Precision Particle Classification & Screening: Heavy-duty rotary screening machine grades particles. Qualified products move forward while oversized and undersized materials are automatically returned for re-granulation
Finished Product Coating: Qualified fertilizer granules enter rotary coating drum where anti-caking agent or oil coating is applied to increase brightness, roundness, and shelf-life
Automated Weighing & Packaging: Final film-coated particles are automatically weighed, packed into 25kg or 50kg bags, and sealed for distribution or storage
