The SHZ series hydraulic roller extrusion granulator is an advanced dry granulation system engineered for continuous, high-capacity operation. The integrated hydraulic pressure system delivers exceptional and stable squeezing force, ensuring superior granule density, uniform particle shape, and reliable performance for the most demanding production environments.
Provides stepless adjustment of roller pressure, ensuring optimal extrusion force for different materials and preventing damage from foreign objects via automatic pressure release.
One-step forming eliminates drying equipment and reduces energy consumption by up to 50% compared to traditional wet granulation processes.
Rollers are constructed from high-alloy anti-corrosion and wear-resistant metal, extending service life and reducing downtime.
Production capacity ranges from 2 to 10 t/h, with finished particle size adjustable from 3mm to 60mm to meet diverse customer requirements.
Raw materials are fed into the machine and compressed between two counter-rotating rollers under hydraulic pressure. The extruded material forms dense sheets, which are then automatically crushed, shaped, and screened. Standard-sized granules are discharged, while fine particles are recycled for re-granulation.
