Overview
The Custom 2.54mm U-Type Single Row Male Pin Header (5.08mm Jumper Span) is a stamped-brass through-hole header where each pin is folded into a "U" arch: two straight legs go into the PCB at 2.54mm pitch, the arch rises above the insulator and spans 5.08mm end-to-end on the 2-pin version — exactly matching the distance between two adjacent female sockets so it acts as a permanent soldered jumper/config shunt (same role as a black plastic jumper cap, but board-mounted and vibration-proof).

Industrial controller – DIP-switch replacement for config (vibration-proof), 4-pin SPI CS select
