Product Description

Overview

This long-pin male header family​ covers the four dominant board-to-board pitches (1.0 / 1.27 / 2.0 / 2.54 mm) in single and dual row, with three termination styles running in parallel: compliant press-fit (solderless backplane), SMT gull-wing right-angle (auto-placement), and THT straight with extended tail (mother-daughter stacking, debug headers, mezzanine). Dual-row counts 2×3 / 2×7 / 2×10 / 2×14 are stocked; any 2×n between 2×2 and 2×40 is tooled without NRE.

Square pins are turned/tinned brass (2.54/2.0) or phosphor bronze (1.27/1.0), gold-flashed on the mating zone with nickel barrier, tin on termination. Housing is high-temp LCP or PA6T (not PBT-only), so the SMT version passes 260 ℃ lead-free reflow 10 s per IEC 60068-2-58— same class as SEKORM 296 series.

4. True 3A on 2.54mm / 1A on 1.27mm​ – Cu alloy C2680 (2.54) or phosphor bronze C5210 (1.27) pins, gold flash 0.05µm / 0.76µm (30µ") option/matte tin; contact R ≤20 mΩ, IR ≥1000 MΩ, 500–600 V AC withstand – same electricals as tier-1 296/MH25422 class.
