Q: Do you have a catalogue? Can you send me the catalogue to check all your products?
A: Yes, you can contact us online or send an Email to get the catalogue.
Q: I can't find the product in your catalogue, can you make this product for me?
A: Our catalogue shows most of our products, but not all. Just let us know what product you need, and how many you want. If we do not have it, we can also design and make a new mould to produce it. For your reference, making an ordinary mould will take about 35-45 days.
Q: Can you provide a sample? Are these samples free?
A: Yes, we provide 5-10 pcs of connector free samples for testing. But you have to pay for the shipping cost.
Q: What about your delivery time?
A: Stock goods are delivered within 1 day; customized goods are delivered within 5-7 days.
Q: How to ship my order?
A: For small packages, send them by Express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS. That's Door-to-Door service. For big packages, we can send them by Air or by sea. We use standard export cartons. We are responsible for any product damage caused during delivery.
Q: What kind of payment do you accept? Can I pay RMB?
A: We accept T/T (Wire transfer), Western Union, and PayPal. Please make sure that we can receive the same amount as the Invoice. And you can pay in RMB. No problem.
Q: How about your company's quality control?
A: Strictly obey ISO9001, IQC, OQC, IPQC, QA occupy 10% of our Quality department. All of our products will be tested by CCD.
Q: I need your price list of all your products. Do you have a price list?
A: We do not have a price list of all of our products. Because we have so many items, it's impossible to make all of their prices on a list, and the prices are always changing because of the material cost and quantity. And you can give us a list of all of the items you need; we will confirm carefully one by one and give you a specification and price list.
Q: Can you make customized products and customized packing?
A: Yes. We have made a lot of customized products for our customers formerly (mainly wire harnesses). About customized packing, there is no problem for we put your logo or other information on the package. Just have to point out that it incurs additional cost.
