Product Description

Overview

The 1.27mm / 2.0mm Right-Angle Female Pin Header​ is a through-hole 90° receptacle strip for board-to-board and wire-to-board interconnects where the mating pin header stands vertically on the daughter card and the receptacle lies flat on the main PCB (typical Arduino Mega/Uno female strip, STM32 baseboard, industrial sensor daughtercard). Supplied as 40-pin single-row breakaway stick​ (snaps to 4/6/8/16/20/32) and 2×20 dual-row 40-pin stick​ (dual-row 2×3–2×40 on request).

1.27mm version uses phosphor bronze contacts in PA6T or LCP​ (KLS1-208C mechanical clone, 4.3mm insulator height default, 8.5mm tall option); 2.0mm version uses brass in PBT/PA6T​ with 2A rating per Yuanyue/Antenk RA class. Both are wave-solder THT, not SMT.

   3. PA6T / LCP Housing, UL94 V-0, Reflow Survivor​ – 1.27mm uses PA6T or LCP (KLS1-208C-B/C); 2.0mm PBT/PA6T V-0; 230℃/30s (PBT) or 260℃/10s (PA6T/LCP) processing temp per Yuanyue/Antenk doc.

   4. 1A / 2A True Rating, 20mΩ Max, 500V AC​ – Phosphor bronze (1.27) or brass (2.0) square contact Ø0.46mm / Ø0.5mm, gold flash over 50µ" Ni or matte tin; IR ≥1000MΩ, DWV 500V AC 1min (1.27) / 500V (2.0). Not "0.5A toy grade".

   5. Pin-to-Pin Cross to KLS / Preci-Dip / Antenk / Harwin​ – 1.27mm land pattern matches KLS1-208C-4.3-1-40-R-B and Preci-Dip 850-10-040-20-001101; 2.0mm matches Antenk 2.0mm RA box/female header. We return STEP + cross-draw in 24h.
