Product Description:

V-bank HEPA filter, also known as high air volume / type/combined filter. The filter frame include plastic frame, galvanized frame, aluminum frame, stainless steel frame. Suitable for research and production departments in all kinds of process requirements under Iso 5 of cleanliness (dust particles less than 0.5um). As the filter has good filter performance, it is very suitable for biological laboratory, operating room, food industry, cosmetic industry etc.

W-type sub-high efficiency air filter applications are widely used in industrial and commercial heating and ventilation air-conditioning systems, such as:

1, office buildings, conference rooms, hospitals, shopping malls, stadiums, airports and other large-scale civil buildings ventilation and air conditioning systems

2, general industrial plants or clean Room pre-filtering for centralized ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Features

1. The frame is made of polystyrene plastics, can be completely incinerated for disposal. 2. It has the feature of large filtration area, low resistance, long service life. 3. The depth of filter is 292mm and suitable to be installed in the narrow space of air conditioning or ventilation system. 4. With mounting flange and replaceable with normal pocket filter. The filtration efficiency range is60%,90%,95%,98% (ASHRA52.1-1992) and filtration efficiency grade H10,H11,H12,H13.

V bank hepa filter structure

1). High dust holding capacity, no partition design: The filter is made of ultra-fine, moisture-proof and fire-resistant glass fiber. The thermoplastic separator ensures the same fold distance and ensures the best airflow with the least resistance.
