How long is your delivery time?
Normally 10-15 days for small bulk after payment and specification confirmation. Delivery time varies depending on different equipment types and quantities for bulk production.
What's your payment terms?
50% deposit after PI confirmation and balance 50% should be paid before shipment. If the order's total amount is below $5000, it should be paid 100% in advance.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we can provide samples, but the customer should pay sample fee and shipment cost. The sample fee can be refunded after official order is placed for same models.
