The FeiHang brand offers dual oil filters and duplex oil strainers, commonly referred to as switchable dual oil filters. These systems are designed with two cylindrical oil filters arranged in parallel.
This configuration allows the filter cartridges in the dual oil filters to be used alternately. By switching between the two filters, the equipment can maintain continuous and reliable operation without interruption.
Such a design ensures that machinery functions smoothly, reducing downtime and enhancing overall efficiency by enabling maintenance or replacement of one filter while the other remains in service.
The fuel oil pump suction filter is equipped with a duplex strainer, model FH-AS100-0.75/0.26, compliant with the CB/T425-94 standard. This ensures efficient filtration and reliable operation within the fuel oil system.
For the lube oil pump suction filtration, a duplex strainer model FH-AS100-0.40/0.22 is used, also adhering to the CB/T425-94 standard. This model provides effective filtering to protect the lubrication system.
The D.O. delivery pump suction system incorporates a double oil filter, model FH-AS100-0.75/0.26, meeting the CB/T425-94 specification. This filter ensures clean fuel oil delivery by removing impurities.
A double low-pressure oil filter, model FH-AS100-0.40/0.22, compliant with the CB/T425-94 standard, is utilized to maintain oil cleanliness under low pressure conditions.
The fuel oil separator outlet is fitted with a double oil filter, model FH-AS100-0.18/0.13, designed according to CB/T425-94. This filter helps in achieving optimal separation and filtration of fuel oil.
For the fuel oil separator's imported crude oil, a double crude oil filter, model FH-AS100-0.16/0.09, is employed. This model complies with CB/T425-94 standards to ensure high-quality filtration of crude oil before further processing.
