FH® Alloy manufactures custom Alloy 600 wire mesh baskets for nitriding furnaces and industrial heat treatment systems.

This circular mesh basket was custom manufactured for use in a Nitrex nitriding furnace. The basket has an overall size of Ø1555 × 475 mm and is manufactured from Alloy 600 (UNS N06600, commonly known as Inconel 600).

The cylindrical wire-mesh structure provides open space for furnace atmosphere circulation around the loaded components while the reinforced frame helps maintain the basket geometry during repeated furnace operation.
