Conductive PP Bulk Bags FIBC Bulk Bags With Strong Sealing 1000KG
Conductive FIBC bulk bags also called anti-static bulk bag, its main aim is to exclude the electric charge generated by friction on the bags, and it is mainly used for packing and transporting the inflammable and plosive substance such as chemical materials, to achieve burn-proof and explosion prevention, reduce the safety hazard the transportation cost. Packaging dangerous goods of chemical medical and other industries.
Type C – interconnected conducting yarns, resistance to ground < 108 W–Used with flammable powders and where flammable solvents are present–MUST BE GROUNDED (very dangerous when grounding fails).
Type C FIBC solutions are safe to use to transport flammable powders or when flammable solvents or gases are present around bags. Known as conductive FIBC (ground able FIBC), these are made from non-conductive polypropylene interwoven with conducting yarns. Available in a grid pattern, the conductive yarns are electrically interconnected as well as connected to designated ground/ earth bonding points during all bulk bag filling and emptying operations.
The interconnection of conductive yarns is critical to safe use of Type C FIBC. Further, the interconnection of conductive yarns throughout bulk bag is achieved through correctly sewing together panels of fabric making up groundable bulk bags.
