The 25L fiber drum for PUR adhesive transfer is an innovative and eco-friendly packaging solution designed to replace traditional steel intermediate drums. Made from high-strength kraft paperboard, this drum offers the same reliability for adhesive storage and transportation while providing significant cost and environmental advantages.
Compared with steel drums, the fiber drum is lightweight, low-cost, and 100% recyclable, making it easier to handle and dispose of after use. It helps manufacturers reduce production and logistics costs while solving the problem of steel drum disposal and recycling difficulty.
The inner surface of the drum can be lined with PE, aluminum, or composite film to ensure airtight protection against moisture and contamination. Its compact 25-liter capacity is ideal for transferring PUR (Polyurethane Reactive) adhesives, sealants, and resin-based materials in production lines or export applications.
