The transmission system consists of a motor-driven reduction gearbox with hardened helical gears, providing smooth power transfer, high load capacity, and low maintenance requirements. Both DC motor speed regulation and variable frequency (VFD) control are available to meet different production demands.
Pneumatic cylinders apply adjustable clamping force to the traction belts, ensuring secure cable pulling while minimizing deformation or abrasion, especially after extrusion and cooling.
