A. Wide usage: This machine is suitable for wires and cables semi-auto coiling and packing, integrate with meter counter, pay off, spark tester and diameter gauge, testing spark and wire diameter online, rewrap testing wire quality.
B. Coiling flexible: With auto traversing, coiling/bundling/plastic film packing can be finished by one person independently, reduces labor intensity and saves time.

Neat traverse: With inverter frequency controller and auto braking device, set accelerate time of starting on inverter frequency, avoids stretch wires by accelerate of starting machine; linkage controlling traverse speed and coiler rotate speed, with wire materials tension, pitch not influenced by wire dia.
D. High efficiency: With automatic tensioning and contracting type, load and unload wire materials within 2~3s, easy bundle up and take off, less labor intensity and saving time; movable back baffle of the fixture, easy to adjust coiling and bundling thickness.
