All electrical appliances adopt variable frequency motor and are equipped with brand sinusoidal frequency converter. The two-stage curing oven completely solves the problems of indentation and roundness of products. The specification of the vertical high-temperature oven is 1.2m. After this shaping oven, the product is basically 6 times cooked, the temperature can reach 700 degrees, and the temperature of the horizontal vulcanization section (rear section) is 400 degrees. Under normal circumstances, the production speed of the drying channel can exceed 20m / min (depending on the product size).
