Description

 

· The transceiver is designed to meet the requirements of 300m links over OM3 MMF . It is compliant with SFP+

MSA and IEEE 802.3ae standard. It is cost-effective, low power consumption with a single 3.3V power supply.

The low jitter and low bit error rate optical assembly features a 850nm VCSEL transmitter and a PIN/TIA receiver. The differential AC coupled Tx and Rx data interfaces are CML compatible. It is fabricated with all-metal and compact size housing for superior EMI performance.
