Optical fiber fast connector is a kind of connector which can solve the problem of ultra long distance wiring and fiber to the home project. ⑥ Each 100pcs will equip with 1pc length fixing device;
⑦ Humanized structure design: preset limit point of drop cable at the boot, and automatically generate a small micro bend according to the correct cutting length of the product (see below figure). The micro bend indicates that the optical fiber has been in good contact with the embedded optic fiber, and the micro bend must exist, but not too large, otherwise the loss during the period will be affected.
⑧ There is axial clamping force at the optical fiber joint. When the optical fiber is butted, the gap between the two optical fiber sections is almost zero, so the connection loss is less than 0.3dB.
⑨ Telecom standard mechanical connectors adopt brand new high-performance PEI material, it has good hightemperature stability, high toughness and strength, good flame retardant performance, mechanical performance and wear resistance, durable and stable performance.
