Description
Fiber optic connector heating curing furnace is suitable for fiber optic connector manufacturers, used for heating and curing all kinds of fiber optic connectors.It can simultaneously cure 100 core joints and 42 integrated joints at one time respectively.Adopt Japanese electronic component control, temperature control is stable.Temperature controller with PID function, free setting of the benchmark temperature, temperature control accuracy up to 1℃;The heating time is adjustable.
1.Used to heat cure optical fiber epoxy resin, and simultaneously cure 100 ceramic ferrules
2.The temperature controller has a self-tuning (PID) function, which can set the reference degree freely, the temperature control accuracy can reach 1 ℃, and the heating time can be adjusted.
3.Controllable temperature20 ℃ ~ 300 ℃, temperature control precision can reach 1 ℃ plus adjustable time
4.Buzzer sounds regularly to keep heating. Controlled by the time switch, press the summer key again to count time.
5.Optical fiber epoxy cure in 10 or 15 minutes
