The CLX-D01 Fiber Optic Connector Curing Oven is designed for fiber optic connector manufacturers to heat and cure epoxy resin used in various types of optical fiber connectors. It can process up to 100 ceramic ferrules or 42 integrated connectors in a single curing cycle, making it suitable for efficient batch production.
The oven adopts high-quality Japanese electronic components and a PID temperature control system to provide stable and accurate heating performance. Users can freely set the target temperature, with temperature accuracy reaching ±1°C. The heating duration can also be adjusted according to different epoxy curing requirements.
Designed for thermal curing of fiber optic connector epoxy resin, with a capacity of up to 100 ceramic ferrules at one time.
Equipped with a self-tuning PID temperature controller for flexible temperature setting and precise heating control.
Adjustable temperature range of 20°C to 300°C, with temperature accuracy up to ±1°C.
Adjustable heating time to meet different curing processes and production requirements.
Built-in buzzer alarm provides a clear indication when the preset heating time is reached.
Time-controlled operation helps maintain consistent curing conditions during repeated production cycles.
Specially developed for fiber optic connector production and designed to improve curing efficiency while reducing fiber breakage, fiber pulling, and inspection difficulties.
Target temperature can be freely configured according to the epoxy resin and connector requirements.
Temperature control accuracy can reach ±1°C, with adjustable heating time.
Supports temperature control from 0°C to 300°C depending on the operating mode and application requirements.
Provides two heating control modes for different production scenarios.
A. Continuous Heating Mode
Suitable for extended heating operations. The oven maintains a stable preset temperature and is controlled through the main power switch.
B. Timed Alarm Mode
The equipment operates according to the preset heating time and provides a buzzer alarm when the timing cycle is reached. The reset button can be used to restart and set a new timing cycle.
