Orange Silicone Rubber Coated Fiber Glass Fabric Thermal Insulation Materials
Orange color silicone rubber coated fiberglass fabric is made of glass fiber fabric which is coated with 40g/m2 orange silicone/rubber on one side. This basic e-glass fiberglass fabric can be used well under a high temperature of 550℃. But the orange rubber/silicone coating can stand temperature only 260 degree.
Silicone coated fiber glass fabric is a flexible, tear resistant and fire resistant fabric. It is made from fireproof fiberglass cloth with features such as structure stability, abrasion resistance and high strength. And because of the silicone coating's great features, this rubber coated fiberglass cloth are widely used for production of industrial protective products such as fire blankets, expansion joints, flexible fabric ducts, pump/pipeline thermal insulation jackets and fire fighting equipments.
Yarn type of this silicone coated fabric is e-glass G37 1/0 0.7Z fiberglass yarn.
Total weight of this silicone coated fiberglass fabric is 470g/m2. 430g/m2 basic cloth+40g/m2 silicone coating on one side. Common widths we produce are 100cm, 127cm and 155cm . (more economical price and less lead time)
