Red Silicone Coated High Silica Fabric Fire Blanket Cloth 22oz 0.7mm Break Twill
Basic cloth of this silicone coated high silica fabric is 600g/m2 high silica cloth with over 96% SiO2 content. This basic cloth is woven in satin weave, which also called cross twill. It is 600g/m2 and 0.7mm. Width is 94cm. Silicone coating on two sides are red color, 75g/m2 per side.
Acid treatment and calcination treatment makes the fabric with higher melting point. Coating is red silicone 75g/m2 on each side. So total weight is 750gsm. High silica fabric is able to be used from -50 to 800℃. And Silicone coating can withstand 260℃ continuously.
High silica fabric is chemical resistant, abrasion resistant and fire reistant material. Silicone coating improves its corrosion resistance and electrical insulation properties. This silicone coated silica cloth is widely used for industrial heat insulation.
