Fiberglass High Silica Needle Mat 25mm 1200℃ White Fire Door Insulation Blanket
High silica needle mat is composed of 100% E-glass alumina borosilicate fibers. These fibers are cut from silicate fiberglass filaments into 3cm to 10cm length, then they are punched by thousands of needles into a blanket without bonding agent. These needle mat with more than 96% SiO2 content is able to maximize its thermal efficiency.
Due to its production, 3mm to 25mm silica fiber glass mat has high porosity. Also it is noninflammable, no toxic, asbestos free and without inorganic binders. High temp needle mat blanket is used widely in industrial fields for thermal insulation and high temperature filtration. Main application includes gun&car silencer muffler, heat resistant wadding materials of removable insulation jacket&blanket. Or it can be used in harsh and severe environments, specifically marine fields.
What's more, silica fiber needle mat is an eco-friendly and recyclable green material. After long time using, the blanket can be cut into fibers and needle into new silica fiber mat again. Besides, filament diameter of its fibers are too big to breathe into body. Based on our workers annual health check, no glass fibers in lungs.
Common E-glass fiberglass needle mat can withstand heat below 800℃ continuously. With 96% silicate content, high silica needle mat provides better heat resistance. It is able to resist continuous heat below 1200℃. Common density of 25mm thick needle mat is 133kg/m3. We can produce at your density and thickness, customized service production is available.
