1022℉ Silver Fiberglass Fireproof Bags For Documents Cash Passport Envelope
Materials of this fireproof pouches for cash is fiberglass cloth with different coating or aluminium foil laminated. This silver fire safe is made of 0.45mm aluminium foil fiberglass cloth as outside material. Inner linings can be fireproof fiberglass cloth, fire retardant fabric or common polyester fabric.
Fire Resistance
Material of this fire proof envelopes is heat reflective woven fabric - silver aluminium foil fiberglass cloth. Its basic glass fiber is weighed at 430g/m2 and woven in satin weave. Laminated with a layer of aluminium foil on single side, its total weight is 480gsm. Fibre glass cloth can withstand heat below 1020°F and its high temperature adhesive must be used below 572°F continuously. The foil surface is waterproof to some extent.
Why Unionfull?
Unionfull aims to produce heat resistant bag with high quality fiberglass fabric. For aluminium foil fiberglass pouch, we tried different basic cloth and finally choose the suitable one. Our aluminium foil fiber glass fabric is laminated well so that the foil won't peel off when you rub it wildly.
Fiberglass cloth is an ideal material for flame resistance. Common problem of fiberglass cloth is that glass fibers will fall off from edges. Some will stick to customers' hand skin. That's why most customers complained that they felt hurt and irritating on hands when they use the fireproof bags made of uncoated fiber glass.
In order to avoid this problem,Unionfull uses aluminium foil laminated fiberglass cloth. It provides a smooth surface and comfortable hand feeling. Also, an inner lining can avoid direct touch to glass fibers.
