E-glass 260℃ Gray Silicone Coated Curtains 4HS 510g / 590g Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric

E-glass fiber is also know as Alkali-free, which the R2O content is less than 0.8%, it is an aluminoborosilicate component. E type glass fiber present excellent chemical stability, electrical insulation properties and high strength. So it is the most widly use fabric than C-glass, S-glass.

Unionfullinsulation's Silicone coated fiberglass fabric is made from high quality fiberglass cloth and coated with silicone rubber on both or single side. It is providing greater oil and water resistance than uncoated fabrics as well as electrical insulation.

UPSE-8732D160 is E-glass type coated with 40g /80g silicone rubber on each side, so the total weight is 510g/m2 / 590g/m2, and thickness is 0.45mm.

It is woven by satin weave(4HS), the four-harness satin is more pliable than the plain weave and easier to conform to curved surface typical in reinforced plastics.In this weave patter there is a three by one interlacing, where a fill yarn floats over three warp yarns and under one.

Properties:

1.Constant size
The material of the fabric itself determines that it is not malleable and maintains a flatness for a long time. No warping, expansion

2.Fire prevention
Fiberglass fabrics have flame retardant properties not found in other fabrics. The real fiberglass fabric, after the fire, because the inner skeleton of the fabric is glass fiber, it will not be deformed and will not be charred.

3.Antistatic
It does not adsorb solid particles in the air and does not adhere to dust, which can effectively reduce the amount of dust.
