To get a simple install and disassemble, removable insulation jacket is produced by factory with a high adaptable performance. Main materials are silicone coated fiberglass fabric and glass needle mat. Typically the needle mat inside and the silicone coated fiberglass fabric outside as a protection layer. Both of the two are high temperature resistant, chemical resistant and high strength. Open with velcro straps and metal buckles, removable Insulation Jacket is designed for easy installation, that is to say, removable blanket makes the inspection and maintenance more convenient.
Removable insulation cover is manufactured to protect heating equipments including but not limited to buttfly valve, gate valves, globe valves, steam traps, pipeline, pump, turbain, unions and flanges, etc. It comes true a convenient operation while saving energy and cost.
