Product Name: ALN-YD280 Dual-chamber Automatic Vertical Baling Machine
Equipment Purpose: Waste materials pass through the static eliminator pipeline and then enter the compression chamber of the baler. Static electricity is eliminated to prevent materials from sticking to the hopper inner wall. A photoelectric switch is fitted on the hopper above the compression chamber. When the material feeding height reaches the trigger level, the main oil cylinder drives the pressing plate to compress automatically and then retracts. The machine stays standby if the material height is insufficient. The compression-retraction cycle repeats until the preset bale length is reached. The threading rod automatically feeds the wire, the wire twister twists and cuts the iron wire, then the threading rod retracts. A complete bale is formed.
