Product Description
The high vacuum mesh coating system described in this article is specifically designed for single-sided coatings of flexible mesh materials with metal layers. The metal layer can be pure aluminum or zinc/aluminum. Metallized materials are used in the production of dielectric thin film capacitors.

Basic Features
1. High precision winding system:
Digital wire wound electronic products can be horizontally unfolded. Two different rewind modes.
2. Spreader drum:
The metal straight spreading roller achieves uniform tension across the entire width of the coil, and achieves uniform coating and rewinding.
3. Combination evaporation system, used for:
1) Aluminum source
A thermal evaporator for resistance heating of intermetallic composite materials. Continuous aluminum wire feed system for easy observation.
2) Zinc source
Radiation heating furnace for zinc evaporation. A nozzle plate used for uniform or reinforced edge coating.
4. Advanced oil blocking system:
Advanced oil mask system used to generate non-metallic stripes in the direction of the roll paper. Multi position high-precision remote control and adjustment of the evaporation oil pipe, with digital indications on the touch screen. Radiation oil heating and oil pollution prevention design.
5. Precision process control:
