Product Description
Preheating, stretching and heat setting roller:
The heat in the roller is transmitted to the film through the outer layer of the roller. In order to make the temperature of roll surface uniform, hot water flows along the film area of spiral flow channel around the roll surface. The inner and outer surfaces of the roller need to be machined to ensure uniform wall thickness at all parts of the roller. Through special calculation, the type and clearance of the built-in runner in the roller can ensure equal distribution of hot water in each runner and uniform temperature on the roller surface. The roller bearing is imported high-temperature and high-precision self-aligning roller bearing, the rotating side is fixed installation, and the operating side is swimming type for thermal elongation.
