Key Features
PET anti-static coated film prevents the buildup of static electricity through conductive coating on one or both sides, allowing charges to dissipate. This improves handling, processing, and protection of sensitive components. Available in transparent, translucent, pink, blue, and yellow colors for identification and quality control purposes.
Manufacturing Process
The coating process involves unwinding PET film from its original roll and passing it through a coating applicator using gravure, reverse gravure, Mayer rod, or air knife methods. After coating with antistatic fluid, the film passes through a drying oven to remove solvents before being rewound. Process control ensures consistent coating thickness and product quality.
