Manufacturing Process
Polymerization: Propylene monomers are polymerized under pressure and high temperature to produce polypropylene resin pellets
Extrusion: Polypropylene resin pellets are melted and extruded through a flat die to form a thin, continuous sheet
Orientation: The extruded sheet is stretched across machine direction and transverse direction to improve mechanical properties and clarity
Cooling: The film is cooled using a cooling roll and stored on a take-up roll
Finishing: Corona discharge or other surface treatments improve printing quality and adhesion
