Key Features
PET anti-static coated film features a conductive coating on one or both sides that dissipates electrical charges, preventing static buildup. This improves handling, processing, and protection of sensitive components and products.
Available in transparent/translucent (colorless) as standard, with optional colors including pink, blue, and yellow for identification and quality control purposes.
Manufacturing Process
PET film is unwound and passed through a coating applicator using gravure, reverse gravure, Mayer rod, or air knife methods. After antistatic fluid application, the film passes through a drying oven to remove solvents before being rewound. Process control ensures consistent coating thickness and product quality.
