Key Features
PET anti-static coated film features a conductive coating on one or both sides that dissipates electrical charges, preventing static buildup. This improves handling, processing, and protection of sensitive components and products.

Manufacturing Process
PET film is unwound and passed through a coating applicator using gravure, reverse gravure, Mayer rod, or air knife methods. After antistatic fluid application, the film passes through a drying oven to remove solvents before being rewound. Process control ensures consistent coating thickness and product quality.
