Product Composition

VCI film is manufactured from plastic polymers (LDPE, LLDPE, or HDPE) combined with specialized corrosion inhibitors that release protective vapors to form a molecular layer on metal surfaces.

Nitrites: Chemical compounds that neutralize corrosive elements

Manufacturing Process

Mixing: Plastic resins are blended in specific formulations

Cooling: Film is solidified through air or water cooling
