High-purity LDPE resin is uniformly mixed with high-concentration, light-fast brown masterbatch to ensure deep, consistent color penetration and long-lasting vividness. The mixed compound undergoes temperature-controlled extrusion (175-195℃) for uniform fusion, followed by precision casting onto mirror-polished cooling rollers for rapid solidification. Final processing includes strict thickness calibration, tension control, static neutralization, and edge trimming to produce defect-free rolls with stable 120μm thickness and smooth surface.
The 120μm heavy-gauge structure provides exceptional durability and load-bearing capacity, outperforming thinner alternatives. The uniform brown color enables quick visual identification in production lines, streamlining sorting processes. Excellent batch-to-batch consistency minimizes conversion waste and improves production efficiency. Non-toxic, odorless, and compliant with global industrial standards, this film combines heavy-duty performance with cost-effectiveness for long-term industrial applications.
Optimized for heavy-duty industrial scenarios including heavy-duty packaging, mechanical part wrapping, automotive component shielding, colored composite lamination, and decorative industrial materials. Performs stably in dry, normal-temperature environments and moderate low-temperature storage (≥-10℃), maintaining structural stability during high-speed slitting, lamination, and coating processes.
