Production Process
Manufactured using advanced precision cast extrusion technology. High-purity polyethylene resin is uniformly mixed with high-stability red masterbatch, melted at 160-180℃, extruded through a flat die, and cast onto polished cooling rollers for rapid crystallization. The process ensures consistent thickness, stable color, and excellent surface quality.
