Production Process
Manufactured using cast extrusion technology, this 100μm white CPE film combines PE resin, white masterbatch, and additives. The mixture is melted, extruded through a T-die, cast onto a chill roll for rapid cooling, then trimmed, thickness-tested, and wound into finished rolls.
