The function of aghouse Filter Cages:
Baghouse Filter Cages are the rib of the filter bag. The quality clock of Baghouse Filter Cages affects the working state and service life of the filter bag. Commonly used are round mouth, multi-joint, star and spring frame dust removal frame, also known as dust bag cage, which is an important accessory of bag filter. The raw materials are high-quality low carbon steel wire, galvanized steel wire, stainless steel wire and so on. The dust removal skeleton is used in different occasions according to its different forms.
The production of Baghouse Filter Cages is produced by imported patented technology equipment, which has superior performance and complete scale. It can provide oval, star-shaped and special stainless steel cages. The skeleton material of the dust collector is: φ4mm stainless steel wire. The pulse skeleton is φ112-180mm, the ring distance is 160-240mm, the ladder type dust collector is φ6mm, has 8 wires, and φ5mm is 14 wires. It can be used in dust collectors in foundry industry, ceramic industry, glass industry, grinding wheel manufacturing, chemical products, machining and other industries. It is an important dust removal accessory in dust collectors, which effectively improves the dust collection effect of dust collectors.
