Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh
3mesh plain weave stainless steel wire mesh including 3 wires and openings of 1 inch. Using 0.7-1.6mm diameter wire, by plain weaving, woven 3 mesh opening for 6.8-7.7mm solid particles, it can also be used as a liquid, gas coarse filter support material or protective fabrics to use. This wire diameter and mesh with ratio reasonable, therefore weave structure is very strong. After 13 whole weaving process, so that the mesh surface flatness better.
Materials:
1) 200 series: 201, 202, 205;
2) 300 series: 301, 302, 304, 304L, 309, 309S, 310, 310S, 316, 316L, 321;
3) 400 series: 410, 420, 430.
Weaving Type: Plain Weave
Features:
High tension: much higher tension than common polyester mesh,and this property is very suitable.
Super precision: uniform wire diameter and aperture with extremely low difference.
Low elongation: very small elongation of wire mesh at high tension.
High flexibility: the wire mesh will not lose elasticity at extreme tension.
High corrosion resistance: the excellent corronsion resistance of stainless steel wire exceeds polyester fiber.
