Laser Welded Finned Tube Product Description:
100% welding between fin and base tube without using any filler material.
The laser welding process is carried out under the protective atmosphere, and no impurity of the weld seam.
The laser welded Fin Tube are widely applied in fired heaters, Heat Exchanger, boilers, economizers, pre-heaters, coolers, heat pipes, heaters etc.
Laser Welding Fin Tube Manufacturing Process:
The fin strip is welded continuously and spirally wound onto a polished bare tube. And the tube and fins are bonded together by using advanced laser welding technique.
Laser Welding Fin Tube(Welded Spiral Pipe) Advantages:
The degree of automation is high. The fully automatic fin laser welding machine can realize one-time welding, and the fin base can be deeply welded with the tube by synchronously winding the fins.
Laser welding has high firmness and high bonding force. Laser welding is a metallurgical combination, and the welding strength is above 600MPa.
The laser welding machine has high accuracy, and the repeatability of welding an 8-meter-long fin tube can reach 0.05mm.
