DELLOK (YONGHUI RADIATING PIPE MANUFACTURING CO.,LTD.) was established in 2002, which is located in Jiangsu, China. After many years of development, the company now has 66 million yuan in fixed assets, more than 200 employees, and 33 technical staffs. We have 4 aluminum processing production lines, with the annual processing capacity of more than 20,000 tons; And we have 5 tube-drawing production lines; 47 fintube production lines, 1 imported production line from American with the brand of McElroy , with the annual production capacity of 12 million meters the above. Product Description
Aluminium fin strip is wound & embedded on a groove and securely locked by closing the groove with the base tube metal. This ensures maximum heat transfer at high temperatures.
Maximum Operating temperature for G fin is 450 deg C.
Fin Material - Aluminium (or) copper
Tube Material - Carbon steel, Stainless steel, copper, Copper Alloys etc.
G Finned Tube Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing tool is made up of 2 non-cutting plates set at 90°to the axis of the base tube. The first plate effects a groove for metal spinning. The second directs the ribbon in the groove and sets the fin foot in the groove through pressure on the metal displaced for the groove. A similar plate made of tungsten carburetor allows us to manufacture G finned tubes with base tubes made of austenitic steel or exotic alloys.
