ASTM A213 TP321 Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger Tube In Power Generation
ASTM A213 TP321 Stainless Steel Tube is an austenitic stainless steel that provides excellent high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance, and weldability, making it an ideal choice for heat exchangers, boilers, furnaces, and petrochemical processing equipment. The addition of titanium stabilizes the material, preventing intergranular corrosion and sensitization, making it particularly suitable for welding and high-temperature applications. TP321 is highly durable and resistant to thermal fatigue, oxidation, and crevice corrosion, making it a versatile material for demanding environments. Its ductility and formability allow it to be easily shaped, welded, and incorporated into complex systems.

- Chromium (Cr): 17.0% - 19.0%
- Nickel (Ni): 9.0% - 12.0%
- Titanium (Ti): 5x(C + N)% min
- Manganese (Mn): 2.0% max
- Silicon (Si): 1.0% max
- Carbon (C): 0.08% max
- Phosphorus (P): 0.045% max
- Sulfur (S): 0.03% max
- Iron (Fe): Balance

Key Features
1.Corrosion Resistance:
TP321 offers excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion in both oxidizing and reducing environments, particularly at high temperatures. The titanium content helps to prevent sensitization, which can lead to intergranular corrosion when stainless steel is exposed to certain environments at elevated temperatures.
