Monel 400 is a nickel-copper alloy renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in marine and chemical environments. These tubes are widely used in various industrial applications due to their unique properties.
ASME SB163 UNS N04400 Monel 400 tube is a Nickel Base Alloy Seamless Tube designed for heating applications. The alloy maintains excellent mechanical properties at both high temperatures (up to 1000°F) and subzero temperatures.
Monel 400 is hardened by cold working only and offers exceptional resistance to stress corrosion cracking in most freshwaters. Its corrosion-resistant properties make it ideal for marine applications and flowing seawater environments.
