Technical Introduction
SR-TM is a water-based tire marking paint used in the tread and other rubber strip extrusion processes. The product is available in various colors, including white, red, yellow, blue, and green. This product contains no organic solvents and can be adjusted in color and viscosity according to customer application requirements. The product has a short drying time, achieving complete dryness before the rubber strips enter the cooling tank. SR-TM products have strong adhesion to the rubber surface, and the color remains bright and vibrant after vulcanization.
SR-TM series products are designated by different English letter suffixes to represent different colors. For example:
SR-TMW (white), SR-TMR (red), SR-TMB (blue), SR-TMG (green), SR-TMY (yellow), SR-TMP (pink), SR-TMZ (purple), etc.
Application Areas
Tire industry, tire retreading, and other rubber product industries.
Usage
The product can be applied by roller coating or flow coating. SR-TM does not require dilution; it is recommended to stir or shake slightly before use. To achieve the best results, preliminary testing to determine various physical parameters is necessary. SR-TM can be customized according to customer and equipment requirements and is available in various packaging options.
