Tear-Resistant Resin SR6903
Product Description:
SR6903 is a functional resin with excellent overall performance for natural and synthetic rubber. It significantly improves the tear resistance and cut resistance of vulcanized rubber and provides good dynamic performance. SR6903 has good compatibility with rubber, effectively increases the tackiness of the rubber compound, and improves processing performance.
Applications:
SR6903 is suitable for tire tread compounds and other molded products to improve tear resistance and cut resistance.
Usage:
1. It is recommended to add SR6903 in the early stage of mixing to utilize its dispersion and tackifying effects, promoting the dispersion and tackiness of the rubber compound.
2. The recommended dosage is 2-7 phr.
